Who is Hire Intellect?

Jennifer Lambert is the founder and principal consultant for Hire Intellect. Since 1992, she has consulted with a variety of the Southeast's most prominent companies to help solve communication issues and create results-driven communication programs. Clients over the years have included ADP, Assurant Specialty Property, BellSouth Corporation, Cox Enterprises (and subsidiary Manheim), Cingular Wireless, Delta Air Lines, Equifax, Georgia-Pacific, Kimberly-Clark, MCI, SunTrust Banks, Turner Broadcasting, United Parcel Service and others.

Ms. Lambert has wide-ranging experience in employee/internal communications, HR communications, change communications and marketing communications. She is an accomplished strategist and individual contributor, as well as team lead. She has an extensive network of communication strategists, writers, designers, video and web developers who are available to partner with her on large-scale client projects.

Ms. Lambert is a graduate of Michigan State University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Brand Management. She is an award winning member of the International Association of Business Communicators and previously served as Membership Director, Finance Director, President Elect and President.
